Using this simple Amsler Grid, you can detect visual changes in the macula in seconds.
How to use this grid:
Covering one eye at a time, stare at the tiny dot in the center of the grid. If the lines of the grid appear wavy or distorted, it could be a sign of age-related macular degeneration (AMD). In such case, you should consult an optometrist or ophthamalogist for further testing.
